These terms apply to your use of the RatingUp website. By using the site you agree to them. Work for clients is covered by a separate written agreement.

The site describes the services of RatingUp, a reputation agency for SaaS and fintech brands, and lets you request an audit. The texts on the site are general information and not a promise of a particular result.

Sending the form is a request for a conversation, not an order. It does not create a contract. A contract exists only when both sides sign a written agreement that states the scope, the price and the terms of the work.

Please give correct contact details and only the data we ask for. How we handle them is described in the privacy policy

  • do not send false data, or data of other people without their consent
  • do not try to overload the site or the form, or to get around the spam protection
  • do not copy the site texts, design or code for commercial use without our written permission

The texts, design, graphics and code of the site belong to RatingUp or are used with permission of their owners. Names of third-party services shown on the site belong to their owners.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. We are not liable for losses caused by using the site or by it being temporarily unavailable, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle data
